Podiatrist Justin Brown, DPM, provides expert foot and ankle care at Permian Basin Foot and Ankle, with offices in Odessa and Midland, Texas.

Dr. Brown graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, and went on to attend medical school at Des Moines College of Podiatric Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, graduating with high honors.

He honed his skills in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, fracture care, sports medicine, and diabetic wound care during a three-year residency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at the renowned West Penn residency program. He’s an active member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, American Podiatric Medical Association, and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Dr. Brown spent most of his youth in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enjoys living in the Midland-Odessa area with his four children and spends his free time watching movies, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.

Dr. Joseph Morgan completed three years of residency training at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, TX outside of Dallas, TX. After residency, he worked in the Dallas area at Beltline Foot and Ankle. Dr. Morgan relocated to Odessa, Texas to open Permian Basin Foot and Ankle, where he has been practicing since 2012. He chose to relocate his family to Odessa to raise his children in a smaller community and his wife’s home town. Dr. Morgan treats a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions in the Permian Basin conservatively and surgically.
